How do I book a session?

You can book online anytime, or call or text our reception on 0481 266 981 and we’ll be happy to assist with your booking. If your preferred time is unavailable, you’re also welcome to join the waitlist, and we’ll contact you should a spot become available.

My preferred therapist or time is fully booked—can I join a waitlist?

Yes—please do. On the booking screen, select Join the waitlist and tell us your preferred days/times and therapist(s). We’ll notify you by SMS/email as soon as a spot opens. There’s no charge to join the waitlist and you’re not committed until you accept the offer.

How does the waitlist work?
When someone reschedules or cancels, the system alerts waitlisted guests who match that time/therapist. Offers are first-come, first-served—tap the link in the message to secure the spot. If the time no longer suits, simply ignore the message and you’ll stay on the list for other openings.

Any tips to get in sooner?
Select multiple times or a time window (e.g., 3–7 pm).
Add more than one therapist or location if you’re flexible.
Make sure your mobile number and email are correct.
If it’s urgent, join the waitlist and call your nearest store—we’ll try to help.

Can I select my preferred therapist or their gender?

Yes, you can select your preferred therapist or their gender when booking. We strive to accommodate your preference based on availability. If adjustments are needed, we'll inform you promptly.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to settle in; if you book a remedial massage, complete your intake form sent along with the appointment confirmation prior to the session, and start on time.

What if I am running late?

We will begin when you arrive and do our best within your remaining booking time so the next guest is not delayed. The full fee still applies for late arrivals and we do not extend or compensate for lost time. Please allow travel and parking time for a relaxed arrival, and call us if you are running late.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Siam Spa, we deeply respect the time, care, and dedication our therapists offer each client — and we equally value yours. To honour both, we kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If you attempt to reschedule online within 12 hours of your appointment, the system may not allow it. In this case, please contact our reception directly on 0481 266 981 and we’ll do our best to assist.

Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or missed appointments prevent our therapists from offering that time to others and will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Yes. All bookings at Siam Spa require valid card details to secure your appointment. This helps us reduce no-shows and ensure availability for every client.

No, your card will not be charged when you book. It is securely stored through our booking system to confirm your reservation.

When would my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if you cancel, reschedule, or don’t attend your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, in line with our cancellation policy.

Why do you need to secure the booking with my card?

Providing card details confirms your commitment to your appointment. This allows our therapists to prepare for your treatment and ensures we can manage our schedule efficiently. It also helps keep prices fair for all clients by reducing last-minute cancellations.

Is my card information safe?

Absolutely. All card details are processed and stored securely through our booking platform (Fresha) using bank-level encryption. Siam Spa does not have direct access to your card information.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, when we have availability. Booking ahead is recommended, especially on weekends and evenings.
