Your Siam Spa Points: How to Earn and Enjoy Your Rewards

Every time you choose Siam Spa, you place your trust in our team, and we never take that for granted. Our loyalty program is one way of saying thank you for making us part of your routine. Here is a clear guide to how points and rewards work, so you always know what to expect.

The short answer

You earn points on eligible spending with us, and you can exchange them for rewards on a later visit. Points last for 12 months after you earn them. If you would like to check your balance or see which rewards are available to you, our reception team is always happy to help.

Each reward has its own terms. Before you use one, our team can confirm how it applies to your booking.

Points expire 12 months after they are earned, so it is worth checking your balance from time to time.

Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers

Alongside points, our tiers recognise clients who visit us often. Your tier is based on your spending with us over a qualifying period, and everyone begins at Silver. Our reception team can confirm the qualifying period that applies to you.

Qualifying spend: From $0. Your starting tier

Gold

Qualifying spend: $800. A $15 reward

Platinum

Qualifying spend: $2,200. A 10% VIP discount on services, a one-time $20 reward, a one-time complimentary treatment reward and early invitations

A closer look at Platinum

VIP discount: 10% off services for as long as you hold Platinum. It applies to services only (not products, packages or memberships) and cannot be combined with other deals.

Complimentary treatment: a one-time reward for one of a selection of treatments. It requires a minimum purchase of $65 and is valid for six months. Please ask our team which treatments are included before you book.

Early invitations: be among the first to hear about selected new treatments, seasonal experiences and special Siam Spa offerings, with early invitations before their wider announcement.

Checking your balance and using a reward

Two simple steps

1	The simplest way is to ask. Mention your points when you book or visit, or email clientcare@siamspa.com.au, and our team can check your balance and the rewards available to you.
2	When you would like to use a reward, let reception know before you pay. They can confirm whether it applies to your treatment and talk you through any conditions, such as expiry or whether it can be used alongside another offer.

How do I earn Siam Spa points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 of eligible spend, plus 10 points when you book online and 100 points when you complete 10 appointments. Reception can confirm whether a particular purchase earns points.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

How many points do I need for a reward?

Rewards start at 400 points for a $10 reward. You can also exchange 1,000 points for $20, 2,000 points for $50 or 4,000 points for $100, subject to each reward's terms.

How do I reach Gold or Platinum?
